Regulatory Advisory

Globalization and liberalization have greatly impacted Corporate India. Companies frequently handle cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and trade councils to build a global presence. Operating in this dynamic environment requires navigating a complex legal landscape with compliances at every step. The Liaisoners team takes care of these legal requirements so our clients can focus entirely on running their business.

We help clients evaluate their strategies against the Indian regulatory framework. Our experts across different verticals work together to deliver clear advice on the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Company Law, Direct and Indirect Taxes, labor issues, and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) rules.

We provide complete Corporate Secretarial Services, including business formation, corporate structuring, and periodic compliances. We assist with statutory duties such as drafting minutes for Board and Shareholder meetings, managing key personnel changes, and handling capital adjustments. We also help set up office infrastructure during the transition phase and can act as nominee resident directors.
